The reason we went with Rinehart Heating & Air Conditioning is because of Danny Rinehart. I used to work in sales and I always believe that the first thing a salesperson needed to do was sell themselves as trustworthy, dependable and honest. Danny wasn’t the lowest bid, but he was the most personable and friendly. It was his personality that sold us on using his company. I always appreciate when people compliment me and our compliments to Danny!

They are always on time. They call ahead to let you know they are on the way. They cover their feet when they enter your home and are always polite and friendly; and they always take a few minutes just to visit with you. Just a real wonderful family.

Rinehart employee Brian Rumple carefully listened to my explanation of what the unit was doing and my suspicion of what was wrong. He then tested with his meters and confirmed the problem and changed the contact switch. He is a good employee and was well pleased with his work.
