About The Company
Rinehart Heating & Cooling, Inc. was started in 1986 in a one car detached garage behind a house. We sold Bard equipment from Duncan Supply for the first three years. We sold Trane equipment until 1992 and then American Standard from 1992 to the present.
Our crew consists of six full-time employees: Danny Rinehart, Stacey Spencer, Brian Rumple, Kevin Rinehart, Korey Rinehart and Kim Anderson. Danny, Owner, has attended several seminars, tech classes, duct design classes and various other courses throughout the years with the most recent being the Asset Sales Training course in 2007. Stacey (aka Stumpy) has been with Danny since forming in 1986. Stacey and Korey, Danny’s youngest son, work on installations. Brian has over 25 years experience and he along with Kevin, Danny’s middle son, are both NATE certified service technicians. Kim, Danny’s daughter, is the Office Manager.
We have done several projects over the years and have settled into sales of high-end replacement systems with extended warranties. We offer 24 hour emergency service and service agreements. We work with a few builders that build high-end custom homes, including one who has used Rinehart’s for 15 years.
In 2007 we were voted American Standard’s Central Indiana Dealer of the Year. This award was not only based on sales volume, but also for keeping up with training on both installation and service technicians, we have a Customer Care Satisfaction rating of 99% and we pay our statements on the due date. We are very pleased and honored to receive such a prestigious award from great organizations like American Standard and Duncan Supply.
Rinehart Heating & Cooling, Inc. has come a long way from the two man operation out of Danny’s garage to a full team of great employees and customers. We would like to thank all of our customers for helping us and promise to help take care of all of your heating and cooling needs.
